Shipping


Which carriers do you use?


All our shipments are made by Geodis and France Express for bicycles, Colissimo, UPS and TNT for accessories and spare parts.
All orders and shipments have a tracking number to follow in real time the progress of your delivery.
In Switzerland, we use exclusively the services of Swiss Post. For France, you will receive an app request email / appointment after your Jitensha shipped. You will then be able to choose your delivery date. The appointments are made by the day. If you want a more accurate / half-day delivery date, choose Express delivery. Contact us on service@jitensha.fr for this option.

Where do you get?


We ship all over the world (except e-bikes only in Europe and Switzerland). If your country is not in the list, please contact us at Service@jitensha.fr. For any specific request, we will find a solution.

What are the shipping rates?


France and Switzerland:
Delivery is offered in France and Switzerland for purchases greater than 150 € / 150 franc.
With 150 € / 150frs, delivery charges are 10 € or 10 Frs.

Europe:
Our shipping rates vary from € 30 to € 150 depending on the destination + 20 € insurance for electricized bikes.
Shipping costs are calculated in your cart, once the destination is confirmed.

International (outside EU):
The Jitenshas are shipped with the TNT Urgent Business service.
The Jitenshas are shipped with the TNT Urgent Business service. We only ship traditional bicycles by air. VAE can not be shipped by air, due to air transport regulations on the batteries.
Shipping costs are calculated in your cart, once the destination is confirmed.

What are the transport times?
Your JITENSHA is assembled upon receipt of your order and payment. We are committed to delivering in 2 to 3 weeks when all parts are in stock. Please note that the current outstanding situation with important impacts on the supply of spare parts.
The assembly, the tests and packaging of your JITENSHA takes the majority of this period.
Orders will be processed within the limits of our stocks available or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. In case of unavailability of a product afterwarding by the customer for a period greater than 30 working days, the customer will immediately notify the predictable delivery times and the order of this article may be canceled on request. The customer can then request a credit for the amount of the article or his refund. Pre-order items are not covered by this article.

Transport times vary depending on the destination:
France: 24/72h
Switzerland: 24h / 48h.
Europe: variable according to destinations. Usually 2 to 6 working days.
International: from 4 to 10j worked.

Express delivery ?
Please contact service@jitensha.fr if you need express delivery / 24h. Express delivery allows a half-day appointment.
