What is included with each e-bike?

2-year warranty, EN 15194 certificate of conformity, charger included, standard safety kit (lights, reflectors and bell), free Bicycode registration, tote bag.

Recharge the battery

The Jitensha e-bike's battery recharges directly by plugging it into a wall outlet. Simple!

Fast Charging – Charge 80% of the battery in just 2 hours and 100% in 3 hours.

How do I assemble my bike?

All bikes are assembled and adjusted in our workshop.

Depending on the delivery type and the accessories chosen, this will require either no effort or minimal effort. A user manual is included with each bike.

In France:

- Delivery to the Parisian showroom or to the Annecy workshop: nothing to do

- Delivery in "big box / 99%": 2 basic operations, count one minute! Replace and tighten the handlebars, put on and adjust the saddle.We recommend this option if you have mudguards and/or a front chainring.

- "Normal" delivery: the bike arrives assembled without the front wheel, pedals, saddle, handlebars and optional accessories (front mudguard and/or basket) which do not fit within the width of the box. Everything is pre-adjusted in the workshop.We recommend this option if you don't have a front fender and/or chainring. Assembly is very simple and will take less than 10 minutes.

AbroadJITENSHA are shipped in "normal boxes" only. We are working to offer a "large box / 99%" option for Europe.

Pay at your own pace. We waive the fees on 3 and 4 monthly payments.
