All bikes are assembled and adjusted in our workshop.

Depending on the delivery type and the accessories chosen, this will require either no effort or minimal effort. A user manual is included with each bike.

In France:

- Delivery to the Parisian showroom or to the Annecy workshop: nothing to do

- Delivery in "big box / 99%": 2 basic operations, count one minute! Replace and tighten the handlebars, put on and adjust the saddle.We recommend this option if you have mudguards and/or a front chainring.

- "Normal" delivery: the bike arrives assembled without the front wheel, pedals, saddle, handlebars and optional accessories (front mudguard and/or basket) which do not fit within the width of the box. Everything is pre-adjusted in the workshop.We recommend this option if you don't have a front fender and/or chainring. Assembly is very simple and will take less than 10 minutes.

AbroadJITENSHA are shipped in "normal boxes" only. We are working to offer a "large box / 99%" option for Europe.

JITENSHA are made of Cr-Mo steel (variation of tube thickness and reinforcement at the joints to optimize the weight/strength ratio). This alloy is the most suitable for city bikes. It offers superior comfort to other fashionable materials (aluminum, titanium or carbon). It has a natural flex to absorb road vibrations. Compared to standard steel, Cr-Mo offers twice the strength. This allows for a lighter frame while having an ideal balance between strength, weight and durability.
